Sovereign body of a corporation where the most relevant decisions of the company are made. The general meeting can be ordinary or extraordinary. The ordinary meeting must be held once a year, within the first six months after the end of the fiscal year, to approve the management of the board, the balance sheet, the income statement, and their distribution. The extraordinary meeting can be held at any time, as long as it has been properly convened.
